In particular, HikeWhiz Travel & Tours makes no warranty regarding the quality of any Listings, Tours, the Services or Content or the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any content obtained through the Services or advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from HikeWhiz Travel & Tours.

HikeWhiz Travel & Tours shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of HikeWhiz Travel & Tours’s obligations in respect to the Services, up to the maximum amounts specified herein. In no event will HikeWhiz’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services or from any interactions with any other members, exceed the amounts you have paid or owe for bookings via the Services as a Traveler in the twelve (12) month period prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US Dollars (USD 100), if no such payments have been made, as applicable. The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between HikeWhiz and you.

As a user of the Website, you understand and agree that you assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Website, the internet generally, and the documents you post or access and for your conduct on and off the Website and App. Your use of site is subjected to our Policy.
